Dude, I feel I should apologize for some of the things I said in these forums this past week. Although I disagree with a point of view of your and became upset from your post (moreso though from someone elses post) that did not make it ok for me to write what I did about/to you.

It IS difficult to know how someone may mean something to come across to others just by reading it in a post because of the handicap of not haveing body gestures, aid of hearing the persons tone, and the dissadvantge of not knowing that persons personality. I have experienced this a lot recently which helped me to come to this understanding.

I did miss quote you, totally by accident, which is now why, if quoting someone, I make sure what I am quoting is correct or I make sure to note that I am not sure or that this is what, "I think" was said by this person, etc. etc.

I hope that you can fogive me for my actions since I am truely sorry for what I said.

To, reiterate, I was mostly upset at what another person in that same thread had said and in my "rabid" state, which you accurately described, I confused what he said with what you said.

p.s. I will attempt to find any thread in which I made an unpleasant remark toward you and remove it.

I think that since I didn't use good judgement by saying things which were uncalled for to TheLoneGunman here, in the forums, that this is where I should apologize. In part, so that others can see the he is correct in saying that I had misquoted him and that what I did was wrong.

i disagree. public apology is great - shows sack and sincerity.

I think things got out of control and I really suprised myself by not retaliating (perhaps I am maturing).

What made this different, I think, was the level of personal attack. It became very personal and unrelated to the topic at hand.

I am used to arguement (had a Speech/Debate scholarship in college), but never anything that got this personal.

Thanks for diffusing it and also for the public apology.

Is it time to kiss and hug and all that mushy crap now?

Look this is great! Something bad happended and you were both big enough to work it out! Let it be known that the only good society is the FORUM society.

If the world leaders sat down to discus this type of stuff online, there would be no war! Of course they would all become web addicts and nothing would be done BUT who cares! We got a system that works great here!

I suddenly feel a song coming on...
