Suckage: Getting Emails from Grouplotto..

Has anyone actually WON anything on this? I get these emails that are telling me that I have won... I KNOW KNOW it's fake .. I probably only win $1 on paypal. But has anyone ever won anything bigger??????

isn't there like a law that if they say they are a "lottery" that they have to pay out a certain amount minimum? i think they also have to have a seperate entity do the actual drawings.
