Here's a good site http://www.mwave.com and they have a good return/replace policy. I've fried there boards (ASUS A7V133 ), broken pieces off accidently (ASUS A7A266) and they are nice to exchange them with no questions asked. Thank you http://www.mwave.com.
*note-the ASUS A7V133 was already dead so i just fried it.
*note-I think the ASUS A7A266 was defective so I just added to it.
I have used and can also highly recommend mwave.

The MSI K7T Turbo is also a very good board, and can be found for $102-$120 at various sites. The version with RAID onboard can be found for ~$120 if you look.
I've read a few reviews where that MSI motherboard had problems with certain cpu multipliers (8.5-10.0x).
