AT&T Internet Service?

I was looking at the $7 plan at AT&T. Has anyone used this service? Do they allow long, idle connections? Quality/latency? Connections?

I have AT&T Worldnet Internet Service, It's $4.99 a month, but there is a little bar that has ads every now and then. I'm not sure if this is what you are talking about, but it doesn't allow long idle periods.
It tracks your mouse activity only, so if you get a program, like I, that moves the mouse while your away, there are no disonnects.

Its $4.99 for just the ISP. The ISP will disconnect you if your idle. The connection quality is excellent in my area, Bay Area. The Ad Banner shows up periodically with a new ad after you close the ad bar. Its unusable for on-line games though. I get horrible pings. Still it's a very good deal.
