Freaking A! After four boring, unfulfilling years at college I thought I would have nearly enough units to graduate, I just got my grad check done it says I need 34 more units!!!! That's pure shit! I feel like going ballistic. I truly am about to cry, man. I know I was behind but this bad?! Jeez.

In what? (I mean, in what specific classes or parts do you need the credits?) That bites...

I'm not sure, I thought I had all my GE requirements fulfilled, and I'm damn near completing all my requirements for my major (history).

As a side note, a friend and I were discussing that it seems all history majors become cynical. All we do is basically study the worst times in the history of man, yes we do cover the "golden ages" but that's only in the lower division courses. Later we study what people did to screw up their "golden ages." So as a small piece of advise to new college students deciding on what to major, skip history. Just about all my classmates think their degrees will end up worthless anyways.

Sometimes I wish I weren't so religious, and loosened up. But I have my own standards and plan to stick to 'em. Yeah, but I get very very tempted. :heh:

Thing is I'm tired of measuring my life in semesters and quarters. Anyways, I feel a little better now, just went out had a pizza and a beer. Amazing how, companionship makes you feel just a little better.

HAHAHA sorry dude, but that opening post of yours just made me crack up so bad!...Damn that really sucks. Well, I guess it's just a good excuse to stay in school for another year or so. Unless you really hate your school's guts, I think spending some more time in school can be a really good thing. All my friends who are working now say that the thing they miss most is being in school. It may be stressful with school work and stuff, but that's really nothing when compared to the shit you have to deal with in life after school. While you're at it, take some courses in stuff that you'll never be able to learn unless you're at school. Some of my friends are taking photography, drama classes, and some business classes just for the experience. Sounds like a good idea to me...

I feel your pain. I graduated high school in 1993. You know those t-shirts that say "college: the best 7 years of my life" don't even apply to me anymore. How sad is that? I was supposed to graduate this semester, but my linear algebra units won't transfer over. I'm gonna have to take some BS math class over the summer just to make up for those units.

Cal State Fullerton.

Go Titans. Whatever, I guess our baseball team is decent, of course not a championship team like before, but they rank up near the top.
