I had a pretty bad experience at Pizza Hut that turned out ok:
Ordered from local store using some of the Internet coupons (on the PH website)
When I went to pick it up, the counter guy demanded the coupon. I explained that I hadn't printed it out and he said it was required. I then went home and printed it out and came back.
The guy then asked where I got the coupons. I told him the Pizza Hut website (pizzahut.com) He asked which Intenet. I said, I thought there was only one. He was pretty confused.
When I saw the pizzas I realized the order was wrong (they were supposed to be different crusts). The guy realized he screwed up. Also it was a veggie lover's yet it was missing a lot of toppings.
Finally, he said that he would just give me all my money back. This was cool (and the pizza wasn't that bad).
Thanks.
