Motherboard Question

I recently purchased a motherboard on ebay. The motherboard was pulled from a gateway system, its an Intel 440BX PII/PII 266-800Mhz ATX MBOARD. I installed it into my new system and it works, but there is one problem. When I plug the power cord into the power supply the computer turns on. I've set the front I/O controllers (HDD Led, Reset Switch, Power Led, etc.) correctly and the case and power supply work fine. Does anyone know the problem or can help me out. Thanks

Check the power settings in your BIOS. There may be something like "Resume last power state on AC loss" which could turn your pc on whenever your plug it in.
