Is it just me or have any of you other Juno users noticed a considerable drop in speed and reliability? I've been a faithful Juno customer for years but I'm getting a little irked with the problems they've been having. Is it just my area perhaps? Or has anybody else faced similar levels of service?
Is it because their pay-for-service web isn't taking off? Seems like they're always pushing ads for their service like there's no tomorrow.
