Heh.. wups, I just quickly read your post and thought you wanted to buy them..
They are nice speakers, every review I have read loves them, except for the fact that they are only 4.1 not 5.1 and no center but with computer speakers I don't think a center is really needed. There are lots of reviews around, but these are some quality speakers..

Now my original post:

my friend was just looking to get those speakers. He searched on the web for a while looking for a good deal, they retail for 299 I think but you can't really find many places that have them for much cheaper. I think he found them for 270 somewhere, but shipping was a lot cause it is a big package. Amazon and buy.com and those type of places don't have them in yet so no using coupons for them, but he just ended up getting them from outpost for the retail price and 9 bucks for 2 day delivery.

They do have a bunch of them on ebay though, ending in the mid 200's, around 260ish.

Thank you Kacarp ^0^........

i think i will go for the Klipsch at ebay......

BTW, i found there are Klipsch 4.2 ( two 2.1 set) at http://www.klipach.com. Do you think that is better ? coz they are selling the same price as 4.1.

The klipsch 4.2's are basically 2 2.1 systems combined, that is why there are 2 subwoofers. They don't have the added features that the 4.1's have, basically they were just put out to keep people happy while the 4.1's where out of stock. I would say just get the 4.1's, they have a power switch on the speaker, a head phone jack, another audio jack and the mid range of the speakers was redone to sound better. Hope that helps
