Go through their help/FAQ pages for the particular thing you are interested in. At the end, they will have a CS form. This is so it gets routed to the correct place (if they haven't already answered your question)

grrr... been trying... haven't made it anywhere yet. they keep telling me they are unable to charge my credit card, and i would like to tell them that they are idiots - the card is fine. i'm not going thru the trouble of sending them a cashiers check for friggin $1.29 ...

Oh, ok.

I have that problem sometimes too.

It is some bug with VISA or something.

Don't do anything and they will rerun in a few days and it should be fine.

If it bounces a second time, then just quickly enter another credit card or send them a check
