Post and Win

Found a number of post and win sites, these sites are coupon sites that try to attract traffic by offering prizes for those who post on there site. Figure why not, if I post here I can post there and win something or they offer a prize to those who sign-up for there mailing lists:

Not to be really negative, but the "bigbigsavings" link mentioned APPLYING FOR AND BEING ACCEPTED FOR a Nextcard to get the $10.

1. Doesn't Apex have a similar (or better) deal?
2. I hope that simply the promotion changed and that this wasn't something underhanded
