There are three words in the English language that end in "gry". ONE is angry and the other is hungry. EveryONE knows what the third ONE means and what it stands for. EveryONE uses them everyday, and if you listened
very carefully, I've given you the third word.
What is it? __________gry?

oh oh oh, i have another riddle, and it took my sisters and i an entire afternoon to figure out. (as heard on car talk)

If you add one letter to a car manufacturer's name (Audi, Ford, Lexus, etc) , and rearrange the letters, you get another manufacturer's name.

What are the two car companies?

Are they familiar auto makers? Or obscure ones?

Is it Dodge and Geo? Add the D to Geo (technically 2 d's, but really just one letter) and voila! Dodge.

well, one isn't really obscure as much as i'm not sure if you can buy it new in the US anymore. and the other is popular enough that you should have it on your list with out thinking too hard.

and really, this took 4 of us HOURS , to figure out. and when we did, it was actually the easiest possible solution.

Is it just adding a letter? Or replacing a letter? If it's replacing, then it could be Datsun and Saturn.

she said ADD and REARRANGE. I don't think there's any replacing.
