WEB news update...program

This is a simple question. I remember you guys mentioning it before. Can anyone tell me the name of the program that GotApex uses to update its daily news. Or better yet does anyone know of other programs that is easy to use to update news on a website?

they use NewsPro, there's a link at the bottom of the news page for it.

Any weblog program will offer similar functionality.
