SB Live 5.1 Platinum & DTT 3500 speakers

Hi everyone:
I just installed SB live Platinum 5.1 & Cambridge soundworks 5.1 DTT3500 digital. All the speakers tested ok with remote control. The sound Card installed properly with the latest drive released 4/17/01. running on Windows 2000 sever service pack 1 . DTT 3500 and Sound card are connected with digital din only. AudioHQ set to digital only with 5.1 speakers. the lights on DTT 3500 is 5.1 din & Dolby Digital PCM audio.
Problem is, there are only Left & right speakers reacted when running the test in AudioHQ. called tech support. They don't know what to do.

Please help me to find the problem.

I have a soundblaster platnum 5.1 and I am trying to use the PCDJ red software and I can't get the card to do a 4 speaker configuration...

I have tryed it in win98se and win2k sp1

So I think it is a problem with the cards....

I need it to work so my next thing is to put a second SBL 5.1 card in my system to get the secon chanle of speakers...



so I really think it is a prob whith the 5.1 cards...

I had an older SBL platnum and I had no problems like this....
