A large hammer? :)

Seriously though, Tylenol PM works wonders on me. And I'm 6'6". (yes, I know I can't spell, but give me a break, that's a hard word.)

hmm...me thinks you or your doctor mis-diagnosed your conidtion...i spy a case of the gotapexinolaryngologic Diseases, if not treated quickly, it may induce a quick growth in fat cells, especially in the butiousmaximus region of your body. Unfortunately, many suffer from such condition.

I have no trouble sleeping. I have trouble staying awake. I sleep at least 10 hours a night and then I usually nap in one or two classes in the morning.

i swear by excedrin. i think its the greatest medicine ever. excedrin pm helps me sleep all night, with no grogginess in the morning! YAY! and regular excedrin helps me stay up all night studying. its great. i took it one night before a final that i had just started studying for, and i was able to stay up all night! i aced the final too! sometimes when i'm really busy, i take excedrin during the day to stay alert and get a ton of work done. then, when i have to go to bed, i take excedrin pm (just a half pill will do) so i can go to sleep fast and not think about crap that will keep me up. so yeah, i highly recommend the excedrin family.

I can attest to this.

LPM's solution is the one that works for me. With Nyquil the chalenge is to make it from the bathroom to the bed before passing out. That stuff works.

tryptophan is found in milk..try it warm. I hear that marijuana makes you sleepy (joking) Had the same problem a few years ago, after the 4th day without sleep my body was doing really strange things. When i finally did sleep, i slept for 20 hours...woohoo!

Also found in Turkey-(as in the food, not the country)...I say a huge turkey sammie and a glass of warm milk, a hot bath, cold bedroom and a warm blankie should do the trick.

i used to work in a pharmacy, what i suggest is, rather than taking a pain reliever (such as tylenol) you should take an anti-histamine.

tylenol, and similar pain killers are addictive (yes, belive, although not as powerful as, vicoden). anti-histamines such as benadryl. believe, me these things make you drowsy, pop two you should be ok...

and like they said, a round of sex or two should make you pretty fatigued out and you'll just roll over for that *nice* nap...unless she/he kicks your ass

no "she" likes to tlak non stop afterwards

watch cartoons.

i swear, they make me fall asleep! when i was going to college, i would come home and watch some afternoon cartoons like Darkwing Duck or Animaniacs. and i would be out in about 10 minutes.

i think there is subliminal messages in them to make the kiddies tired. but it works on me too.

antihistamines always do it to me. as for tv, cartoons aren't a bad idea, also good is any of your favorite movies that you have seen at least ten times before.
