Any good DSL in Chicago?

I want to get DSL but when I look at DSLreports.com, many services that say they are in IL according to the reporst actually are not. Anyone have a good DSL in Chicago that's under $50 a month without a $300 (eek!) connection fee?

I would, but everyone I've run into who had/has them has had a very bad time with them
