Creating Shockwave pages?

I've got a buddy who needs to do a shockwave presentation.
What program does he need to create that?

As fas as the talent, he's on his own.

Shockwave of Flash? If he wants a cool presentation, I'd go with Flash. Flash is pretty easy to do, the simplest things come out cool as hell and there are lots of tutorials to get your started on the net :)
