Frozen Drinks

Being that it's Friday, and summer's right around the corner, I figured I share these w/ U.

Have a weekend! :D

Banana Daiquiri
1 oz. Rum, 3/4 oz. Creme de Banana, Splash of Sour mix </library/howto/htsourmix.htm>, Dash of simple syrup, 1 Banana
Blend with ice until smooth, Serve in Hurricane glass, Garnish with fresh fruit


Calypso Daiquiri
1 1/4 oz. Myer's Jamaican Rum, 2 1/2 oz. Sour mix </library/howto/htsourmix.htm>, 1/2 oz. Half & Half, 1 banana, 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Blend with ice.

Chi Chi
1 oz. Vodka, Splash of Cream of Coconut, Pineapple Juice, and cream
Blend with crushed ice, Serve in a hurricane, Garnish with fresh pineapple

Creamsicle
1 1/2 oz. Grand Mariner, 1 1/2 oz. Galliano, Splash of Cream, Orange Juice & Grenadine
Shake with ice & serve up in a Champagne glass, Substitute ice cream for a frozen variation (omitting cream)


Down Under Snowball
1 oz. Light Rum, 1 oz. Peach Schnapps, 1/2 oz. Grenadine, 3 oz. Orange juice
Blend with ice

Dreamsicle
1 1/4 oz. Amaretto, Orange juice, Cream
Shake with ice, Serve on the rocks, Strain to serve up or Blend with ice for Frozen variation

Frozen Fruit Daquiri
1 1/4 oz. Rum, Sour mix </library/howto/htsourmix.htm>, Splash Simple syrup </library/howto/htsimplesyrup.htm>, Fruit, Fruit juice or Pureed fruit*
Blend with crushed ice in blender, * Use lime juice for Lime, Banana for Banana, Pureed Strawberries & a splash of grenadine for Strawberry, etc. Garnish with a bit of Whipped cream & a Lime wedge

Mai Tai
1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum, 1/2 oz. each: Orange Curacao & Creme de Noyaux, Lime juice, Grenadine (if desired)
Shake with ice, Serve in Hurricane glass or Add extra juice & blend with crushed ice for a frozen variation, Garnish with an orange slice and cherry

Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Tequila, 3/4 oz. Triple Sec (or Cointreau), Splash of Sour Mix </library/howto/htsourmix.htm> & Dash of Lime Juice
Shake with ice, Serve on the rocks or Strain to serve up in a Salt rimmed glass, Add more juice & blend with crushed ice for Frozen variation, Garnish with a Lime wedge

Mudslide
1 oz. each of: Kahlua, Vodka, Baileys, 2 Scoops Ice cream, Oreo Cookie
Break up cookie and blend well, Serve in a Large decorative glass, Garnish with Whipped cream

Pina Colada
1 1/4 oz. Rum, Splash each of Cream of coconut & Pineapple Juice
Shake with ice & Serve in a Hurricane or decorative glass, Blend with ice cream for frozen variation, Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge &/or a cherry

Strawberry Daiquiri
1 1/4 oz. Rum, Splash each: Pureed Strawberries (or fresh), Sour mix </library/howto/htsourmix.htm>, Dash of Grenadine
Blend with Crushed ice, Serve in a Decorative glass, Garnish with a bit of Whipped cream, a Lime wedge, & fresh Strawberry or Cherry
