Does anyone know if the USPS has a pickup service? I want to mail something via Priority but I always end up waiting in line for a really long time.
Go to my work, Mail Boxes Etc. You might pay a little bit more in order for the store to actually make money, but you won't have to wait in any lines.

Well I'll be damned. I just came back from the PO and there were only TWO people in front of me!!! WHOO HOOOOOOO
Why not go to a different post office? Unless you live in the boonies there should several within a 15 minute drive. Also, Mail Boxes Etc is good, and you might ask for a list of all local PO locations the next time you're at one.

Yes, they have a pickup service.
There is a charge, but it is per VISIT not package

My PO has a sign on the door no more then a 5 minute wait. I have never had to wait 5 minutes in my PO. If they get busy they just pull someone from the back and if they are still busy they just pull another person. Guess I have a good post master. :)
