What complete f*cking morons. Here's how the conversation probably went:

Moron #1 - Dude, let's go f*ck with a cop.
Moron #2 - Dude!

This kind of diversity makes me proud to be an American.
:puke:

OK I admit the guy was an a-hole for doing that, but he doesn't deserve to get beaten with a nightstick! Cops should be able to keep their cool when on duty. They can't let their personal emotions take over. If this is a real video, that cop should at least be suspended, if not fired, and I wouldn't be surprised of a major lawsuit.

Haha, thats pretty funny. Freaking skinny dork thought he would be "hip"! At first I thought it looked staged because it looked like the cop was holding his nightstick already in his left hand, but after further review it could just be swinging at his side from his belt.

Maybe win a lawsuit, too. That's the things that really bugs me here--I bet this luzer's going to sue the cop, the local PD, and the city and make a ton of cash. But he'll still be an a$$hole.

maybe he doesnt deserve to get beaten with a nightstick. however, as far as not letting emotions come into play...i think you're confusing cops with the guards at buckingham palace or something.

anyhow...here is how it may have went, if it is real, when his chief saw the clip.

chief:"hey, cruelpupet! i am yelling at you cuz police chiefs always yell in the movies!"
cruelpupet:"but chief, you saw that he was being a jerk!"
chief:"i know he was! but in order to save face for the department i have to take action before this gets too big!"
cruelpupet:"what do you mean?"
chief:"well, i have to either suspend you for 3 weeks without pay, or i can send you through 6 weeks of anger management training."
cruelpupet:"well, that is cool. i will do the anger management thing, then i can do some stuff to make the guy sign me off of as having attended for the full 6 weeks."
chief:"whatever you want. just don't get caught."

of course, i got this idea from "the job" with denis leary. but i don't doubt it.
