This is outright THEFT!

Talk about consumers being Ferengi, this is outright disgusting.

The oil truck that goes from LA to Las Vegas drives right by there and can easily stop off at no charge. It is not like it is out of the way. Further, it is not like property values are so high there that they need to recoup their rent.
