I'm all about Adidas. But I have to say that Reef sandals play a major part in my life. They are the perfect "wake up in the morning five minutes before class" solution along with board shorts and a hat to make up for bad hair. :D

it has to be adidas by a long shot...i rock all the adidas gear from the clothes to the shoes. gawd i'm so lame. right now i got these cool ass tennis shoes that (i think) is like a combo old skool/new skool.

http://www.finishline.com/productDisplay.asp?SID=378D71183DB111D5B51B00508BEEC954&catid=1&deptid=56&depttext=Tennis&StyleID=9386&ColorID=WNY

my b-ball kicks were nice, but those are hard to find in adidas, i find that nike has a larger selection.

i'm more of a conservative when it comes to shoes, just the basics and none of that flashy s***.

woah...those shoes are like soooooooo Cali public high school girlish.... It would go well with a puffy down jacket and a long, gelled up pony tail.

For some odd (maybe sadistic) reason I never thought sneakers were that comfortable. They might be soft, but my feet always get hot and stuffy. That's why I only wear dress shoes. Even with my jeans. At least my feet get some fresh air....

i wear adidas flip flops, asics sneakers and sketchers for semi-dressy shoes.

in my perfect world, i'd never wear shoes at all.

i'd like that too, but if that was the case, imagine all the increased levels of air pollution...pee yoo

walking around bare foot is cool...until you get that "shock" and wish you had on some soles below ya

i try to wear my new balance sneakers everywhere. but sometimes when sneakers REALLY don't go with my ensemble, i wear Campers.

& i'm so HAPPY that its spring time!!! i wore my reef flip flops yesterday and it made me very happy. but, i work in nyc, so wearing flip flops isn't so good for your feet, so i can only do it every once in a while.

and, if i had normal feet, and if i didn't have to walk to work, i would wear high heels every day. fancy, designer ones. my feet would be the coolest things on earth. ;)

I have flat feet too.

for non-work, I wear whatever cheapo shoe Target or Payless has, because there built in arches are a joke, so they don't hurt.

For dress, some rockports.

Nothing beats a pair of good 'ol canvas Chuck Taylor All Stars. Durable, cheap, and comfortable.

Must be why my wife hates 'em so much. Heh heh.

chuck taylor's rock. i've got several pair.

i also own a pair of doc marten boots, for looks only, cause i think the whole "good health for your feet" thing is a sham.

and, unfortunately, i own a pair of birkenstock clogs. can't grow up in germany without some nasty habits rubbing off (i also eat mayonnaise on my french fries...). they're ugly, but they're easy, comfortable, ventilated, and yet still protect your feet from acid spills in the lab.

if you can't see it: http://www.birkenstock.de/products/large/060623l.gif
i also have a pair of three-strap slip-on sandals and a pair of back-strap sandals.

my llbean boots just bit the dust on this last camping trip, but i was very attached to them and will probably get another pair. nuthin special, but they kept my feet happy for a lot longer than any other hiking boot i've ever owned.

then i've got some pimped-out 20-lb moonboots for heavy snow from when i lived in michigan. not much use for them this far south.

and i have a pair of adidas somewhere around here. damn, i need to clean.

actually, without shoes, it would probably stink less. shoes tend to breed bacteria and smell bad.

i went barefoot for three years in college (in the fall and spring. the winters in pittsburgh were a little too cold for me) i would walk to campus barefoot and would only wear shoes when in labs or at work. until the day i got a rock stuck in my foot. actually, it was the next day. i hadn't even felt the rock the first day. i ended up having to get the little pebble removed by a doctor. after that, i was a lot more careful with my barefootedness.

oh, and i too have flat feet.

ummm... i have have steel toed work boots for when i go out in the field (not field as in farm, field as in not being in the office). i think they're CAT brand or something like that. i have to wear my ankle brace when i wear them tho, so i don't wear them often.

For some reason, and you're all probably going to just chalk this up to marketing, but I really love those Adidas Feet you Wear shoes, but I can't get a pair of Adidas ball kicks to fit, so I'm a Nike man when it comes to basketball shoes.

Favorite shoes were a gift from my ladyfriend. I could walk in these babies all day long. Apparently, so can some bum that broke into my appartment and stole them. He's fortunate I was able to find another pair; I would have beat him merciless. I mean, really, how hard is it to find a homeless guy wearing silver shoes?

used to wear the chuck taylors. all the time. now it's the skechers at work, and the sandals that i bought for hawaii in general. i would go barefoot if i thought i could in this day and age, cuz i still think i am Quai Chang Cain or sumpin. but these days i may step on a syringe and do some harm to the next poor soul that steps on it.

Airwalks...those are the ones I usually found most comfortable. Then my feet grew and they only make Airwalks in a size 13. Now my feet at size 16 and I need to special order my shoes. How messed up is that. I can't go to a regular store for shoes...I need to special order them!!

I generally just wear leather shoes. Preferably black or burgundy-brown. I like smooth leather without a lot of patterns or creases.

When I'm being all athletic and shit (posting up down low, more than likely), I go with Nike high tops, as they support my ankles best and help me to avoid reaggravating old knee injuries.

Sounds like quite a few people on this board's got flat feet.. so do I. But they don't bother me much anymore, I know that they are suppose to hurt when you've been playing running too much and such. But in high school, I use to run 3-4 miles a day, it was a little uncomfortable in the beginning, but after a while, it didn't hurt anymore. Maybe it was just the Addidas Torsions that i had... those were so comfy.. =)

Which is why I'm extremely picky about buying shoes. I usually buy a couple new pair of shoes once every 2 years or so. Dressy, sports, and casual.

Currently I've got a pair of Nike Cross Trainers (2 yrs), Nike b-ball shoes(2 mths), Clarks dressy boots (1 mth) (which are way way comfortable), a pair of Doc Martens dress shoes (2 yrs), and a pair of slippers which were free from American Eagle Outfitters(2 mths).

Used to wear Addidas soccer flats all the time when I was in high school, during my soccer playing days.

Fluevogs are great, but they don't stand up to heavy use very well. The soles are a little too soft. Mad comfortable, though.

And yes, they do have sweet women's shoes. I've always said Fluevog's are often the key to a women's heart...and bedroom.

it's all about the Nikes.

BTW, in Spain, they pronounce Nie-keys as Nieks (one sylable, kinda sounds like "hikes")
