why did you have the * after the "most orders," but then you never explained what the * meant. Which orders get free shipping?

like all of buy.com's free shipping offers they are not going to ship something that is heavy, like a monitor, for free. Only small, light items are free shipping. Computer systems and big, bulky hardware is not included in the deal.
