i caught a bit of morning tv news - they briefly mentioned that her liver was torn and bleeding (usually a quick way to die) but luckily, the bleeding had stopped. they then launched into a lengthy discussion tha can be summed up as "thank god her face and bod are okie dokie."
now, i understand, this is her livlihood, and extremely important. but if i were nikki taylor, laying in a hospital bed and seeing that THAT was what the world was most concerned about, i'd say fuggem and go get a job as a nun ministering to the blind JUST TO BE SPITEFUL.
