Why in the world do you have so much loaded in the systray? Nevermind what Micro$oft wants you to think, Window$ can only handle so much at boot before it gets unreliable as hell. Part of it's bad rap is people just expecting waaaaaay too much from it. I think you might be doing just that.

A whole lot of programs have their own little apps that run at boot. All this does is slow things down. Use MSCONFIG to tailor the boot process to your needs.

5 out of the 9 there were loaded after boot and that does not change the graphic setting, thx fer tryin tho
