I think the other statement is for an additonal chance to win some of their other stuff. That's how I read it anyway. Otherwise they are contradicting themselves.

You may be right. It says that part at the start but right before you enter your information to get the headphones it says the part I wrote, so there is no telling.

Here's my little conspiracy theory about these headphones. These Rio headphones look exactly like the headphones that come with the RioVolt SP250, from what I remember anyway because I am too part of the "I-Didn't-Receive-the-Rio-Headphones-And-I'm-Not-Happy-About-It-Club." So Rio packaged the "free" headphones with the RioVolt SP250, that's why it comes with two sets of headphones, the earbud kind and the fold out kind.

sounds like you guys are pretty upset over this. but let me remind you that they're just headphones. and they look like **** too. when i signed up i knew i wasnt gonna use them if they came. i just like gettin stuff. stuff goes good with my other stuff.
