2002 or 2001 audi a4

i'm torn between the two. i like the looks of the 2001 a4 better, but will the 02 give better performance using the 1.8t engine on a manual trans? does anyone know the price range(msrp) for the 02 a4 for the v6 versions and for the i4 version? any comments and suggestions would GREATly be appreciated

I agree I like the '01 looks better. Buy that one and chip it (+~50hp & 80 lb./ft). See the other thread WRX or A4 or whatever it was for more information, and what I have done to my car.

I definately think the 2001 is a better car, and you'll be able to get a great deal on one right now....go to edmunds.com and see the True Market Value (TMV) on the car...if you're a savvy shopper, you'll be able to get a better deal than that....it's just a nice reference to have!

thanks for youre responses...and welcome quitipp. Do you know when they're releasing the 02 a4? it hopefully push down the prices a great deal on the "older"01 models.
