I'm going to assume you didn't try this coupon before you posted it, cause I just tried it and here is the message I'm getting:
"Your Gift Certificate or Coupon discount will appear once minimum purchase requirements are met."

I tried it with $34.99 in my cart, with $69.98 in it, and $104.97 and that is still the message it gave me. :) Oh well!
