Just got my Intellimouse form Beyond.com, the one was for 20 bucks some 4 weeks ago. It's been on back order for 3 weeks...so you all should get it within the next few days if not already. The mouse is great!!!...for everything except gaming. Quick movements of the hand can cause it to not move at all...so beware...if anyone else has this problem, know a way to solve it?

Super smooth isn't it? I got one for my mom. I wonder if the Explorer has the same problem games?
Yes the Intellimouse Explorer has the same problem in gaming Slickone.

Unless you set your mouse to ultra incredibly overly super sensitive, the Intellimouse Explorer is great for gaming. I've been using one for months and love it. Although, again, some people who like the mouse set extrememly sensitive, don't like it.

Got mine from buy.com for $15 with shipping. ($25-$10) great accuracy but gets confused when you lift it up or move it too fast... overall, dope mouse and comes with a free nightlight http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

i use a Looney Toons (tm) mousepad
the one with tweety on it seems to work the best HAHA http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif

The 3M PMS works great on it. I'm using the one with the water photo on it.
Couldn't be happier with the mouse.

I guess it's just me. When someone shoots you in the back, I swing the mouse around really fast and that causes the laser not to recongize the movement due to its high velocity. Give it a shot and see if your mouse does that....other than that I have no complaints. VERY very acturate and well worth the 20 I paid to it. Just wish i had the explorer one not the regular laser mouse. More buttons means more hotkeys for games. http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif
