Not sure if this is the right forum or not but I am frustrated. I signed up about a year ago for their free service (domain reg). A couple of weeks ago I started getting email saying that just like netzero and other free services they were going to have to start charging and I had until May 14 to "upgrade" for a low registration price of $19.95.
That seemed like a fair price for a year long registration to keep my domain name so I clicked on the links provided for my $20 registration and all directed me to a page offering a "discounted" price of $24.95. I realize this is only a $5 difference, but it is still not right considering $19.95 was repeatedly quoted in several emails.
I have tried to contact them several times through their "submit a question" page but have gotten no responses. My time is running out and I want to keep my domain.
I think it is a bait and switch scheme and I want to figure it out before I renew for $25. Does anyone know how to contact Namezero.com? Obviously their customer service is horrible.
