i hate these morons, and i think i hate ALL DOCTORS for that matter.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR i don't even want to talk about it, i just want to scream and cry.

& i've also had it with the fucking voice mails that answer that say 'our hours are 9am to 4pm, please leave a message' when it is fucking 12:15 in the afternoon!!! i've left a total of 4 messages for different places in the past week, and NOBODY has called me back. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

stylee-I've been having the same problem myself with CIGNA..they are MORONS to the highest degree. if you keep getting the recording, press 00 and that should connect you with a HUMAN and not a tape. Make sure you take names of everyone you speak with and if you get no results with the representatives who I have found don't have two halves of a brain to rub together-tell them you are going to turn them into the state office of underwriters inspections AND the state insurance board (the state your policy is written in)..that usually does the trick.

yeah, i actually got some of the bull shit cleared up with them, finally.

i got my employer involved, and that seemed to do the trick. :)

but i still hate those mfers.
