I remember there is a site that teaches you how to remove the AD on AIM and Hapoo told me last time but I lost it. I tried to use the search feature but I guess it's an old thread. Could anyone provide any link to the site? Thanks.

nevermind.... I figured it out!
Fourtunatly I remembered what it looked like.
Open 'aim.odl' with notepad which should be in c:\Program Files\Aim95
Scroll down till you see 'on_group(5)' and 'on_group(11)'
Make them look like this (ie. delete contents, but leave brackets)
// *******except from file
on_group(7)
{
load_ocm admin required
}
on_group(5)
{
}
on_group(11)
{
}
;Load on INVITE group
on_group(6)
{
load_ocm oscsrch
}

There's also a winamp plug-in that plays a visualization in the advertisement space in AIM. It's pretty neato!

Actually, I'm not sure if you can still download it or not... AOL might have gotten their way with the author. It's called Aimazing. If you want it, ICQ or Instant Message me and I'll hook you up with the .dll. I also have the source code as well.
