Does anyone know what the deal is here?? They give you 100.00 to bid on items? So basically if there is something for 100.00 you get it for free. Seems fishy. I expected to find dvd's for 1,500.00

Not too many available items, and it says on alot of auctions that the item resides in lithuania, but can only be shipped to the US(and for only $5 too). Somehow Im not willing to give them my cc for the $5, since GC's cant be applied to shipping.
