Hyper Microsystems has a pretty decent deal on an ultra2 drive. It's the IBM DNES-309170 (UltraStar 18ES) 9.1gb drive for $79.99. It's a new drive (not refurbished) and it has good specs: 7200RPM, 2mb cache, A/V optimized. Plus, it's an IBM drive, so it's pretty solid. It is an OEM drive, not retail box or anything. It uses an SCA connector, but they give you a free adapter to 68-pin with the drive. I saw that somebody was asking a couple of weeks ago about an 80-pin interface on a Fujitsu drive. I haven't had any problems with my IBM drive yet and I'm running an Adaptec AHA-2940U2W card. This seems to be a better deal than the one on the Fujitsu drive.

The company was quick on shipping it out and has very reasonable shipping rates. I paid for UPS ground and received it the next day (I live in the southeast). Go to their main website and click on Hard Drives in the left frame. Scroll down and look through the list of IBM internal drives. It's 4th down I think.
