Another thing to do, would be to try and return it to a store. Cybiko has a list of stores that are currently selling them.

Best Buy requires a reciept even to get Store Credit on electronics :(
Just sell it on eBay, you'll get like $50.00 off it :)

I'm going to try Toys'r'us right now. I called both Best Buy and CompUSA, and they say they don't sell it, even though they are listed on Cybiko's website. I bet they just don't know what the heck I'm talking about.

Best Buy took it back, no problem. Their store says they can't take anything back without a receipt, but the CSR gave me in store credit. It was on sale for $69, though, in case anyone was looking for a cheap one.

Took mine back to Walmart today. $105.00 in store credit. That should just about pay for the Game-Boy Advance I put a preorder on!
