George Bush, Sr. merely had his VP, Dan Quayle, and his 3 dumb sons...

Bill Clinton had Roger Clinton doing him in...

Now Jenna is doing her best to overshadow you alcoholic, drug-addled dad.

It seems to be a requirement or something...

Also, what about the rumors that Clinton was getting it on with Gerald Ford's daughter?

I didn't bring up Betty Ford who is now more famous than her Presidential husband, because of her addictions.

Although Michael Dukakis' wife had major problems too (to the point of drinking rubbing alcohol just to get a buzz -- it is toxic, don't try it), I don't remember any particularly egregious Gore family member (although Tipper did get a bit wacky about music at one point)
