WOW! those are really good prices for those movies.

Hope it's for real when I go on Sunday.
Will probably be sold out just like that time
Bug's Life Gold Edition was selling for cheap at
Best Buy.

PanaSony--maybe u can try what I just did just in case they do go on sale--went to Kmart B&M and bought the Mummy, AnyGiven Sunday and Gone in 60 Seconds today--when they do go on sale Sunday, they can do a price adjustment and credit my credit card. If they don't go on sale, I'll just return them. They only had one The Mummy left so I'm glad I did this. Doesn't hurt to try--what hurts is to lose out on the deal!

I bought The Mummy UE, Gone in 60 Seconds and Any Given Sunday for $9.94 each + tax. Plenty of copies in stock at the Kmart B&M in West Orange, NJ. No sale signs. Each copy just marked at their original shelf prices. Discounted price rings up at register.

How long will the sale be going on? I can't believe I might do this, but I might actually set foot in the KMart in Manhattan!

Prices should be good until Saturday, 6/9. Don't wait too long though.. doubt they will stay in stock that long.

I am hoping to PM multiple copies of Mummy:UE at Best Buy at the same time. Is this allowed or will I be running into any problems?

thanks

What does the "B" and "M" stand for in "Kmart B&M", and also, I'm assuming that this is an online deal, yes?

If your KMart is out of stock, you can either get a rain check or pick up the store ad and take it to CC or BB and pricematch it.

Dark Fury--
I think the Collector's Edition is only 1 DVD but can be used as DVD Rom cause it has the Mummy Game PC game (I bought this one at KMart Saturday). The Mummy UE is a 2 DVD set and came with a free movie ticket to see The Mummy 2 (which of course expired May 27). I exchanged my Collectors Edition for the UE on Sunday cause I thought I could still use the free ticket--I didn't know it was expired! I even bought 3 Mummy DVDs as presents. Oh well...even w/o the free movie ticket I was still very happy with all my movies (bought 'em all on Saturday and got the price difference on Sunday). I didn't want to miss church just to be at Kmart early to get the DVDs or come to find out they were all out of stock so I was a little smart and bought em the day before knowing I can just get the price difference credited back on my credit card.

I went to the Kmart in my area (Beaverton, OR) on Sunday and they already ran out of Mummy:UE, Gone in 60 Seconds, and Any Given Sunday. I asked the lady if she could write me up a rain check and she said no. Something about them not really ordering the DVDs themselves, and thus, not being obligated to write a rain check for customers.

Has anyone else run into this problem or should I just try again?

thanks
don

So is this deal still a good one? I have been working so much this week that I have not seen the light of day. How long does the deal last? Will I be able to get copies for $9.94 if they are in stock?? Please, please! Tell me!

The ad should be effective until Saturday. Awesome prices for DVDs. Too bad the films are barely tolerable...

The Houston Kmart I checked only had X-Men, which I had never seen before. I picked up a copy and watched it tonight. Very entertaining, I must say, if you take it for what it is.
