basically.. there is a site that charges about $30 a MONTH for people to gain access.. to see little boys and girls get spanked by their parents.. they show pictures of the kids (sometimes naked.. sometimes just their asses) bruised.... inflammed butts... etc etc....

is there ANYONE brave enough to admit that they believe this is NOT child pornography?! CAUSE YOU'RE WRONG!!

nothing can be done, casue as long as it is not considered obscene (ie. involving sexual acts) it is protected as art.
Now while I might not agree with it being art (i haven't actually looked at your links), i do believe that it has to be protected. Once you start banning something, there is no stopping from it going further, and I am a big believer in freedom of expression.


also..on a side note...some people believe that giving pedophiles an outlet for their fetish, helps keep them from abusing children....at least thats what i remember reading somewhere about canada...child porn is legal there.

there are many people who look younger then they are...for example there was a girl in my college who was 19 at the time... i saw her in the campus center the day they had a bunch of Jr. High school kids there. I thought she was one of them because she was so petite and short.

nope....nude pics that are not sexual are labled as art. doesnt matter what the age of the subject is. Soft porn, is sexual, but not involving ant sexual acts...harcore is when there is an act (solo, or with someone)

Now while the servers you pointed out are located in the US, they could easily move them offshore. Some countries consider the age of consent 14 and some probably even younger. So there really is no way to get rid of it.

Personally, I think nothing should be illegal online. It's the World Wide Web and every society has different standards. Now before you all flame me about the child porn issue, I'm sure those that look at it have more than just pictures online. If they really have a fetish for it, I would think that they would have magazines, tapes, etc... and you could throw them in jail for that.
