Has anyone ever used dash? I have about $50 in pending rebates. How do I recieve the money from them? Do I have to fill some kind of form out or something?

According to message boards, dash customer service hasn't been responding to email or phone inquires. Looks like they're going out.

pending means that the money has not yet been paid by the company you signed up with to dash. After Dash gets the money from the merchant then dash puts it in your account. Then dash will make a payment button appear on your screen in the upper left corner where you can click on it if you want them to send you the money in your account.- They do that when you have a t least $5 in your account at the end of a month.

Dear Dash member,

We sincerely apologize for any delays you may be experiencing in receiving your check. We have been forced to terminate almost all of our employees, and in addition, have recently experienced a drastic increase in fraudulent member transactions. Our one remaining Customer Service person is slowly but surely working his way through all of our customer service issues. As you might imagine, this is affecting our ability to respond as quickly as we would like, but we assure you that your issues will be resolved fairly within the next several weeks.

Again, we apologize.
Dash Customer Support

Sorry, got ahead of myself there. I read through this thread (http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=35&threadid=38964) at fatwallet and thought I saw that someone contacted Dash by phone. He didn't.

Could be, or maybe you're just in denial? :)

denial? who me?? nah, there is no possible way I am in denial. nope, not me. no way. thats a negative. no.

But seriously, if this was your business, and lets say you were struggling, would you really e-mail your customers and tell them that you fired most of your staff and only have ONE customer service rep. to handle ALL customer relations? No way!

Their service is sl-l-l-l-o-w though; most of the time they never e-mail me back.

FUCK!

Dash site says, "Sorry, all done"

They appear to be dead!!

Passwird, guess that e-mail you saw posted on another site probably WAS legit.

They owe me about $10. I guess I'll just add that to they money Cyberrebate owes me as money I will never see.

What did them in? (for some help on the quiz please see: http://dash.com/dash/companymaynardjobs.asp )

a. dogs in the office
b. lack of fish tanks in the office
c. nerf guns
d. lack of machine guns (not a problem the post office has)

Also, being named one of the top 25 e-commerce sites by Time seems to be the kiss of death. At least half of these sites are no more: http://www.time.com/time/digital/reports/ecommerce/25best.html
