I got the rebate at a Staples store near me. It says " Offer good at participating retailers only". http://www.techbargains.com has a link for the same rebate. So it appears to be usable. It's from Philips, not Staples. Their phone number is 1-866-450-9698 for rebate info. It may be worth a call.
