no. all it will do it overcrowd the jails even more. did you know the country spends more that 30,000 a year per prisoner? That money can be spent better at other places. The last thing we need is more government.

another case of cop being cop, judge, and jury. i bet half the ppl that were taken into custody didn't do anything wrong. it's just sad that this can happen.
