think you need southwestern bell's phone service to be able to use it. but im not sure. could mean that you just need a phone company.

The * in the text is referring to call waiting. Stating that call waiting requires the phone company service.

Pd, did you or anyone else who bought the phone get charged full price for it? I put in the code and ordered it, and my total came out to $12.44, and that's also what it said on the bill they sent through email... but they carged me full price according to the bill that was sent with the phone and my credit card invoice.... wtf? stupid Target.. I know I gotta call them up... where am I supposed to say I got that code from??
