the best guitar site is http://www.harmonycentral.com
they have info for bass, guitar, drums, and i think keyboards. they have tabs, links to lessons and chord charts, product reviews, and they have downloads. tons of stuff and tons of links. you will never find a better place to start when looking for guitar related info.

I dunno about the teaching factor of the site, but the OLGA site has LOTS and LOTS of chords and stuff for famous songs... I'm at school, so I don't have the link.... but just to a search for like "OLGA" and "guitar"... and you should find it...

a lot of places just use OLGA. but i think that the OLGA archive is getting smaller.
