Hello. Sprint PCS has settled a class action suit for Southern California users (L.A. , Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside or San Diego) due to "services were unable to place or receive telephone calls in geographic areas marketed as being available....."
If you were a customer between 12/1/96 - 5/10/99, you are eleigible for "relief" (Sprint denied plaintiffs allegations, but settled anyways) If you have not already "opted-out" of the class action settlement, you "may submit an Official Claim Form to receive a reduction of 10% or $20, which ever is less, ...in total airtime charges for a month selected by the class member"
