Silly me, this was supposed to be posted yesterday because it's now February, and January is National Oatmeal Month.

So I'm not really an oatmeal-eatin' girl, but there are some things oats are wonderful for like...

Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies

Anyone eat oats/oatmeal for breakfast? Now that I think about it, I like oats in granola bars. Okay, maybe I'm an oat(meal)-eatin' gal after all. :cool:

I have made the Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies and they are delish! I love cranberries so putting them into a cookie was perfect.

Those look SUPER TASTY. I happen to have white chocolate chips and dried cranberries on hand, so I'm thinking I might make these to take to work. I might back off on the oatmeal because one guy on my team doesn't like it though. Or maybe I'll just tell him to suck it up and quit whining. hehe.

Those look SUPER TASTY. I happen to have white chocolate chips and dried cranberries on hand, so I'm thinking I might make these to take to work. I might back off on the oatmeal because one guy on my team doesn't like it though. Or maybe I'll just tell him to suck it up and quit whining. hehe.

I took cookies in today but our dumb meeting got cancelled. So I just left them at my desk and sent an email saying to come get some. Folks seemed to like 'em, they went over well. That white chocolate + cranberries is a killer combo! :munch: :thumbup:
