Its sort of like PayPal, except the sender pays a small fee instead of the recipient. I thinks it free for the first 60 or 90 days.

It's funny... I've tried registering twice, with two different email addy's, and it declines my application every time! Jeez... it's not like I'm applying for a friggin CitiBank credit card!!!!
