Deals on Xircom Rex 6000?

Hey, I need a deal on the Xircom Rex 6000. The best I've found so far is $95. Is it actually worth buying? Or is the REX 5000 a better deal for half the price?

they do have a high "cool factor" but as far as usability goes, i think your better off getting a more standard PalmOS or PocketPC PDA.
