About a month ago, Amazon.com Software Downloads store was offering a $10 gift certificate towards future software downloads with any software download purchase. This offer was posted on Got | Apex Deals, and was featured on Amazon's Software Download store front page (it was no secret). However, I never got the gift certificate, and after several emails to customer support they claimed they could find no such offer. What the? Its not like it was posted on their web site for a month, which it was! Anyone else have troubles with this offer? I knew it was potentially problematic when they didn't provide a time frame that you would receive your certificate and didn't provide any special instructions for receiving it...it was supposed to just magically appear one day.
