Okay, about 45 min. ago, I told my 3-year-old son that I needed to rest, so I sat down in the chair in the living room and closed my eyes. About 10 min. ago, I felt him thrust a box into my arms. It took me a min. to wake up enough to realize it was SEALED! I asked him, "Where'd you get this?"

"The man brought it." he said.

"What man?"

"The mailman guy."

Sure enough, I jumped up and went to the door and there was a FedEx guy in his truck ready to leave. LOL I had slept through his knock and their conversation and everything! OMG! It's absolutely hysterical, but terrifying, too!!!

Jenny, you better learn that kid, and fast.

Over on the west coast (and I'm sure it happens all over the place too), the oldest trick in the home invasion book is to pose as an a)police officer or b)FedEx guy, have three or four other guys hide on the sides of the door, and then burst in.

If he's opening doors for strangers, who knows what else he's doing with strangers? Taking candy? Riding in cars?

*shudder!*

I think so too... although i don't know how come the FedEx guy would leave the box with a kid without first asking if there is someone older to sign or something.... maybe he just dropped it off on the steps and your son just picked it up =P

There isn't a lot of danger of that here, but yeah, that's why is was Suckage/notsosuckage. lol I'm pretty sure he gave it to Josh, and not Josh just picking it up. We had the front door open, with the screen door shut, so the guy probably saw me right there on the chair. lol

Anyway, I take a lot of surveys from Pinecone Research (I've made about $100 from them. You guys should join! Quick surveys at $5.00 each!) and one awhile back was about Sinus medication. I already got a sample from them to try and did the followup survey, but they want me to try it again and do another one, to see if anything has changed. So it was my 2nd sample. That was what I thought was weird, is that they didn't make me sign. lol Oh well...

In the immortal words of Abe Simpson... "Homer, if a stranger offers you a ride, i say take it"
