I am no fan of pro sports, as many of you know. But here is one man who did it for the right reasons - for the love of the game and for the fans - and he's leaving for the right reasons too.

Yo OC how about a link to why he did it so people don't just assume that he is washed up. I know he's not, he's still crankin out the basehits and HR's and his defense is still solid, so why is he retiring?
